I got the sweetest email from my friend, and fellow wedding vendor Jim White (of Jim White Designs), asking if I would photograph his daughter’s wedding. I was incredibly honored that he trusted me to document such an important day for his family, so even though it involved pushing of my trip to the beach by a day, I said yes!
The wedding took place in Jim’s backyard, and while it was going to be an intimate wedding, with him in charge I knew the florals and decor would still be over the top and fabulous! Penny and James are such a fun and easy going couple. They had a quick first look before the ceremony, which allowed us to get in some pictures before everyone started arriving. The ceremony was extra special, as it was officiated by Penny’s daughter. After saying their I do’s, they sipped on frozen Margarita’s to stay cool, and then jumped on the dance floor for some fun!
