When Roshan reached out to me about proposing, we discussed possible location ideas, and he decided on Piedmont Park. Since Atlanta is where they met and fell in love, it felt like the perfect background to celebrate this special day, as they kicked of the next chapter in their relationship together. Only one issue, rain was predicted on the day we had planned, we moved it up a day, and then the rain started early. Luckily, Ladan didn’t ask too many questions, and was still willing to walk through the park as planned, he convinced her to take a selfie with the Atlanta skyline behind them, and next thing that she knew he dropped to a knee and proposed!
They were both so excited that they didn’t let a little rain hinder their plans for taking photos around the park. Thanks to the weather we had the place almost completely to ourselves. Strolling around with their umbrella, laughing and playing in the rain, it felt like I was documenting that perfect moment in a romantic comedy, where you know the couple is going to get their happy ending!
